No — we provision your number on WhatsApp Cloud API directly with Meta. If you have an existing Business account, we'll port it without any customer-visible downtime.
Can I keep my existing Facebook Page?
Yes — connect it in 2 clicks. We become a Tech Provider on your Page, with the minimum scopes Meta allows. Your Page admin remains exactly as it is.
Does this work without the rest of Becko CRM?
Yes — Becko Messenger is sold standalone. The unified inbox, channels, Flows, AI replies and analytics all work on their own. You can add bookings, finance and the rest of the OS later, and your conversation history travels with you.
How are WhatsApp conversations priced?
Meta charges per 24-hour conversation window (rates vary by country and category — marketing, utility, authentication, service). We surface real-time cost-per-conversation in your dashboard so there are no surprises at month-end.
Is my data stored in the EU?
Yes — by default we run on Supabase EU region. We can pin data residency to a specific region for Scale-tier customers.
Can I migrate from another inbox tool?
Yes — contacts import via CSV in minutes. Per Meta API limits, conversation history starts fresh once your number is on Becko, but we'll help you preserve key context (tags, lifecycle stage, notes) during the cut-over.
